**Owned and operated by Capt. Dave Datz, the A'u Struck fishing vessel offers a great way for the novice or pro to get into the experience that is Kona big game fishing.

It's a perfect fit for families on a budget who want all the niceties of the bigger boats at the price level of the small boats.

We are a family oriented business and strive to present a fun day of fish catching for all on board!

Our Charter rates are a bargain for what you get:

Half day (5 hours) = $575*

Full day (7 hours) = $675*

We accept cash only, before boarding please.

All charters are private and are for up to 3 people, 10 years and older . Prices are for the whole boat not per person!

Tipping is discretionary
(usually $80-$100).

We'll have complimentary ice, water and snacks on board. You should bring a lunch and reef safe sunscreen (no sprays please), etc. for your own use as well.

Important!
What we do with caught fish: Our policy is to clean ONE smaller (less than 30 pounds) fish for your personal consumption. We'll clean and bag it for you right there at the boat when we get back from our trip. The amount of fish you'll take home varies on the size and quantity of fish caught but generally amounts to what you think you'll want to eat while you're here on vacation (about 5 to 10 lbs. of cleaned fish.)
The remainder of the fish will stay with the boat.
